As the COVID 19 crises continues to impact on businesses around the world, we are working closely with our clients to introduce secure remote working structures, to ensure businesses can continue to function effectively and securely during these challenging times. Example of how INET is supporting clients include:
- Enhancing remote working structures to enable client employees to work securely and efficiently from home. This includes the purchase and configuration of laptops and providing secure access to relevant company data and systems.
- Reviewing security measures, to ensure business data and systems are not compromised during this crisis. Any potential gaps in security are quickly resolved. This can involve the installation of Firewalls to protect networks or installation of Antivirus licences on new laptops and on personal laptops, where businesses are allowing these to be used. Our aim is to provide multi-layered protection to ensure businesses and staff continue to be secure from threats such as spyware, viruses, ransomware and other threats while working remotely.
- We are providing access to online platforms to help businesses communicate effectively with staff, clients and potential clients during this crisis. A number of our clients are working with Microsoft Teams to deliver online meetings, presentations and consultations with staff and clients. Microsoft Teams allows attendees to share screens and documents to ensure meetings are as productive as possible.
- We are continuing to provide Helpdesk Support to all our clients who are adapting to remote working practices during this time. It’s business as usual for us and our clients.
